This online form is for submitting data and Experiments for analysis by the Mass Spectrometry platforms at CZB-SF and CZB-CHI. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

New to SDRF? Build your sheet in 4 steps

  1. Sign in to MOSAIC with your CZ Biohub Okta account and open the Single Sheet Builder.
  2. Pick a Mass Spec template, such as Biohub MS Default Template, add your experimental groups and click Generate sheet.
  3. Click Export SDRF to download sdrf.tsv, then replace every "Please fill this value" in the BL[...] columns with your real value. Cells that say "not available" can stay.
  4. Keep Use SDRF selected and upload the .tsv file below.

Note: SDRF sample sheets must be uploaded as TSV (Tab-Separated Values) files with a .tsv extension.

When submitting your sample sheet, please do not include any personally identifiable data or personal health information.

Please note that our submission system checks that your sample sheet meets our formatting and validation requirements to be compatible with our data acquisition and analysis pipeline. This form will not be successfully submitted until the sample sheet aligns with our requirements. Helpful error messages will be displayed to aid in making corrections.

If your submission is successful, you should see a new page that says "Submission successful." If you do not see this page, please review this form for any error messages, correct them, and then try to submit the form again.

Please read the instructions on how to deliver your sample.
These instructions will also be emailed to you upon the submission of your experiment.

What to expect after submission and sample delivery? If everything goes as planned, your job is done and you can simply wait to receive your results. If you entered something incorrectly, for example in the sample metadata generator, you will receive an email notification telling you to fix errors, and what to fix.
